Find your happy place at the Oak Tree House! Located at the Happiness Ranch in Blanco on the Little Blanco River are three charming ranch houses named after Texas Hill Country Trees. The Oak Tree House is a beautifully decorated modern farmhouse with 16' foot great room ceilings, two master suites, large windows, a huge wraparound porch, and stunning oak trees. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths the Oak Tree House is perfect for small families or a couples getaway. For larger groups the Pecan Tree House and Cypress Tree House are also available for an additional fee.

This modern farmhouse located on the banks of the Little Blanco River, surrounded by lovely oak trees offers an inviting atmosphere to be enjoyed by all. The relaxing wrap around porch is perfect for bird watching or your morning cup of coffee. Enter into a welcoming great room with soaring 16 foot ceilings, white oak flooring, and a propane ribbon fireplace. Expertly decorated with a great mix of texture, guests are sure to delight in the high end decor. Rich leather seating, a custom cypress coffee table, linen swivel chairs, and unique art decor all add to the richness of the space. Opening into the living space, find a stunning kitchen with an accent wall of river pebble tile, quartz counters and a large farmhouse island with seating. Cooks will find this kitchen perfect for preparing meals with high end appliances, a gas range, fresh press coffee, etc. offering the perfect atmosphere to gather for meals or entertaining.
Escape for the night in one of the two luxurious bedrooms. The master suite offers a private sanctuary to relax and escape from the world. An elegant king bed dressed with opulent bedding, a sitting area with a royal blue sofa, a private fireplace, an ensuite bathroom with lovely tile work, stand alone tub, walk in shower, double vanity, are just some of the splendor that awaits. Real Ale offers guided tours and a taproom tasting experience. Within 30 minutes, enjoy the day exploring Fredericksburg, travel to Wine Road 290 which offers 19 wineries within a few miles of each other. Visit one of Fredericksburg’s two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum. During the summer, make sure to stop by a fruit stand and grab some famous Fredericksburg peaches.
