We just finished a nice, relaxing stay over the holiday break. This is a nice, spacious house that is just steps away from the beach. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
Excellent house in good condition. Perfect for a family stay. The property manager quickly and efficiently handled a couple of minor problems. Would highly recommend it!

Great size and locatiin
This is a gorgeous home located 1 house away from the ocean. We had 5 families (our children, grandchildren, and the two of us) all staying at this property for some fun family time. The house is extremely spacious, well-decorated, and even has a bunk room for children. The quick walk to the beach is perfect. The pool and hot tub are fantastic.

Our multi-generational group had a great week at 31 Mallard. The house was well-equipped with lots of room to spread out while still being close together. The house was a short walk to the beach, and the private pool provided the perfect ending to beach days. The elevator was nice for taking luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Everyone enjoyed the bikes and ping pong table.

Family of 17 were more than satisfied with our stay
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 31 Mallard. It is very close to the beach, so it was easy for all 17 of us to come and go as desired. It is also an easy walk to the Coligny area with its shopping, restaurants and playground areas.
The pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures and we felt that the house is in need of some minor repairs, cleaning and maintenance. Importantly, The Vacation Company responded quickly and efficiently to a couple of issues.
Checking in and out was effortless and easy.

Beautiful Home and accessible for wheelchairs. I suggest some changes to accessible bathroom
You might consider lowering bathroom counter and have mirror come down to counter so visitor can see self. Toilet is installed too close to shower because it prevents door from swinging wider. Personal shower Head needs repair and better pressure.
So glad to figure out heated pool requirements after repairman came to adjust. Very beautiful house and well equipped. Thanks for 4 bikes. We rented children’s bikes at Billy’s Bicycles near by. We would recommend to everyone
The home was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The kitchen was well equiped for cooking big family meals. The pool and hot tub was the favorite of our grandchildren. The beach was steps away from the front door. But the highlight of this home was the screened in porch !It was our favorite spot to start the day with a coffee and end our day with a glass of wine. Great location and well kept property.

Beautiful home, great location convenient for grocery runs and short walk to the beach with small children. Our first time staying in that area of beach and was very pleased.
The house is in a great location, a lot of bedrooms, outdoor screen in porch was awesome, nice to have bikes part of the house. Downsides...pool small, house could have been cleaner inside and out, master shower had a leak into the kitchen( vacation co. very quick and attentive to correct the problem and were very fair in compensation) I would recommend the house and the Vacation Company in booking a trip.
