Located in the tranquil and picturesque West Bay area, this condo complex, which hit the vacation rental market in January 2023, offers an escape away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile, enabling visitors to relax in the charms the property has to offer and the old-world feel of the region.
There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - to 7-minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.
Your sweeping view is of Seven Mile Beach from the pool deck and your condo balcony. Minutes away, enjoy snorkelling at Cemetery Beach, relax on beach chairs at Governors Beach, and have lunch at Tillie’s.

• Comfortable living area with HDTV, cable, and high speed Wi Fi for work or streaming.
• All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided so you can pack light.
LAUNDRY & HOUSEKEEPING
• Guests in units 3A and 3B share access to a washer and dryer space at the complex.
• Linens and towels can be changed out by your housekeeper upon request.

Your stay includes a helpful starter pack so you’re set from day one:
• Kitchen essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters.

• Approximately a 1 minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach.
• About a 5–7 minute walk (around ½ mile) or quick 2 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach, known for excellent snorkeling and sunsets.
• Each unit includes two lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella so you’re ready for beach time anytime.

Seven Mile View sits in a quiet pocket of West Bay, close to the water and just a short hop from Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay, grocery stores, and neighborhoods like Governor’s Harbour and Crystal Harbour. It’s a great base if you want easy access to restaurants without being right in the busiest strip.
WALKING-DISTANCE OPTIONS
From Seven Mile View you can stroll to several laid back local favorites:
• Alfresco Restaurant – About 2–3 minutes on foot, directly across the road; casual beachfront spot for Caymanian and international dishes with sunset views.
• Heritage Kitchen – Roughly 8–10 minutes’ walk; simple, rustic, and very local, known for fresh fish right by the sea.
(If you want to keep this West Bay–only, you can stop here. If you’d like, I can also add “walkable with a longer stroll” options for spots like Macabuca and Cracked Conch.)

A quick 5–10 minute drive opens up a big range of dining choices along the Seven Mile Beach corridor and at Camana Bay:

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Public transportation is a short walk away, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

The condo was spotless, beautiful view, and located in a more quiet neighborhood. The bed was incredibly comfortable with a closet plenty large enough for our things. We utilized the beach chairs and towels daily, as the beach was a short walk away.
We had a great stay at Seven Mile View condos. This is a perfect place for two people. The view from the balcony is grand! The place was up to date, clean and well appointed. Since it is upstairs, you have to go outside and down the stairs, then around the building to access the pool area. it really is not a big deal, though. There is a nice beach area a short distance away. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Great view of the water from the balcony. There was an entrance to the sea from the property. Easy walk to beach and a convenience store. Check-in and host communication was excellent.

Overall an amazing stay and will be back for sure! We were greeted by the property manager upon arrival and management was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We appreciated the fabulous view from our balcony and great location of this property, as it’s in a quieter area of seven mile beach but not far from the popular attractions. The unit was clean and stocked with beach towels and chairs/umbrella which was a huge plus. 10/10 recommend!

Great studio apartment. Nice kitchen that had all we needed to make a few meals. Comfortable seating area to relax in. There was ample room for two people.
Far enough away from the cruise ship crowds but close enough to fabulous beaches and local restaurants. Great studio with every amenity onsite. We only wished for better balcony chairs.

Loved our stay at Seven Mile View; small boutique condo with only 5 units so no crowds. Close to everything we love, diving, great restaurants, and that amazing NW Point Sunset. And nothing like waking to the gorgeous Seven Mile beach blue water right outside the slider! Can’t wait to return.

My husband and I loved this condo. It is newly renovated, with everything you need for your stay. If you like a more private location, this is fantastic...only 5 units, plenty of seating, fantastic ocean view. You will need a car to get to restaurants and beaches. The only downside is the West Bay beach next door can get a little rowdy and noisy Friday/Saturday, but did quiet down by 11pm or so. You do get to see lots of dive boats go in and out from the West Bay dock, so that is fun to watch.

I personally loved this place. Each is own. Someone may not feel the same. I however would definitely stay here again. Was away from all the busy hotel congestion but still close enough to enjoy it. This place was very clean, amazing view and within walking distance to what is now one of my favorite restaurants. Bella Tryttoria. We had dinners there three nights out of our seven nights stay if that tells you anything. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Andy’s car rentals is a must if you’re looking for a rental car. This was our first time to the island and we plan on returning. We are both divers and everything was a perfect fit for us. Absolutely loved sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Place is priced right and worth the stay. Thank you

Perfect location for a relaxing get away! This unit had everything we needed for our stay. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was a 'Karen' that rented at the same time as us and 3 other families. 'Karen' did not like people in the pool at 7:15 and wanted them to be quiet. Quiet time starts at 9pm and pool closes at 10pm. Management came out, addressed and resolved the situation. Location was perfect to everything we love to do. Dive, snorkel, fish and golf. Grocery store is very close and is really nice. We have stayed on the other end before but this is our go to location from now on. The infinity pool, small beach access (which is kind of private), waterfront and all the amenities make it special.

My boyfriend and I had the best week at our condo in Seven Mile View! The name says it all… VIEWS. The property has an incredible view of the water and the sunset in West Bay. It offers privacy and every amenity worked well. The shared pool and outdoor dining areas have plenty of space and seats, so it never felt cramped with the other people staying at the property. The property manager was very quick to reply via WhatsApp and helpful when we had a flight change.
Along with the oceanfront pool, there are multiple public beaches in walking distance that were lovely.
I absolutely recommend renting this condo if you’re looking for a relaxing, secluded, boutique experience in Grand Cayman, which still being a quick drive or bus ride to other restaurants, bars and shops.

A perfect little condo for two. Very updated & well-appointed with nice fridge, stove/oven, microwave & dishwasher. Also has access to washer/dryer onsite. Bed was very firm & comfortable. Beautiful shower. Condo was clean & quiet other than minor road noise. The pool is stunning & views are great! Literally just steps from the water, but direct access into the water is challenging. Very rocky. But beach is right next door. Only negatives were lack of info on location of washer/dryer & access (we had to ask for code), the icemaker in freezer doesn't work & no ice cube trays were provided, balcony has no direct access to pool (you have to go out back door & around), and there was no outdoor furniture provided on balcony (only one set of chairs for all the apartments). Drying areas for clothes, etc. would also be nice to have, considering what most people are doing while staying there. And a cooler to take to beach should also be provided. Just minor things that could make a wonderful stay even better!
