We enjoyed our stay. Close to several X Country Nordic Centers. The skiing was great and the Mountain Views were beautiful. Can't wait to stay there again!

Cozy space

Small space but it had almost everything you could need for a getaway. We stayed here for our trip to Rocky Mountain. The front staff is also very helpful with check in and any questions you have. The fridge is small and doesn’t have a freezer but we were able to manage with ice and an ice chest for our frozen food we had.

Disappointing

I traveled to the area to photograph a wedding. I was looking for a place to stay that offered a pool and hot tub and also felt safe. The photos looked like the place offered all that. Upon arriving, the building is very old and outdated and the parking lot felt very unsafe at night. We had to have maintenance come more than once due to an issue with the door lock and key. The WiFi information given was incorrect and the pool and hot tub were not available to use. I was very disappointed with this location.

After reading your feedback, we followed up with the homeowner, who wanted to share the following:-The pool is currently closed for renovations until November 1 as they transition to a saltwater filtration system. These renovations began earlier than planned, and unfortunately, this amenity was unavailable during your stay.-Regarding your concerns about the parking lot, I confirmed with the front desk that there have been no reports of safety issues or suspicious activity. The parking lot is monitored nightly to ensure all vehicles are registered at the property, and the front desk is available to assist all guests around the clock should any concerns arise.-I understand you experienced issues with the door lock. While this has not occurred previously, the lock system is dated, and new locks for the entire building have arrived and are awaiting installation. I'm pleased that the maintenance crew was able to resolve the issue for you.-I apologize for the difficulties you encountered while logging into the Wi-Fi. I’m relieved to hear that the issue was ultimately resolved, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.-I hope you had a chance to enjoy the stunning mountain scenery and the beautiful fall weather during your stay. Inaccurate Description

There is no AC, which is disclosed only when you arive. My husband and I tried to sleep but the room faces a parking lot so you can not sleep with the door open. Even with the window open it was too hot and someone was working - dragging stuff to his truck through the parking lot and doing stuff in the flower beds at midnight. So we had to leave and find a new hotel- no response yet from host on refund- it has been 48hrs.

Cozy Mountain Retreat

We loved our stay in this condo. It was just the right size for two people and it was nice that the couch folded out into a bed too. It's got the basic items you could want in a kitchen, plenty of hanging space for your outdoor gear to dry and nice amenities on the property with the pool, hot tubs and gym.
