We had a blast at this property. Great spot for a family with all ages of children. Fantastic access to the Blanco River. Easy access to the town of Blanco, Wimberley Johnson City and Pedernales State Park.

Great stay!
We had a great time at this home. Lots of little extras made for a great stay. A coffee bar! Sunscreen, snacks, games. The light through the huge windows in the morning and the night lighting of the outside space. A very special place to stay.

Perfect location and Great for family
Everything was great during our stay. House is beautiful, along with the property. Walking distance to river and has a perfect swimming spot for kids and family. House provides a lot of amenities, is very clean, and well organized. We highly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kayaks, tubes, and much more provided for the river. Our 1 year old also loved this location. Perfect house for families.
We had a relaxing time during our stay. The kids enjoyed the river, swings, running around outside and playing games. It was incredibly nice to have so many kitchen tools, spices, salt/pepper etc available. We often get to houses and they don’t even have salt! The owners are generous and kind.
The property was well suited to entertain a family with grandparents, son and daughter-in-law with a 1year old and 3 year old. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, paper goods, plastic ware, and everything you need to cook (we cooked the whole stay). Great covered patio surrounds back of house with nice large Weber Genesis gas grill that was clean and used multiple nights. Well stocked with games inside and outdoor swings, toys, and play equipment for toddlers in a grassy area under huge oak trees surrounding the house. Great access to the river down a gentle slope. We appreciated the well stocked wood pile as we had 2 campfires in the fire pit near the house and made S'mores. Easy access to property and house. The house is well maintained and comes as billed in the listing. Will return again, thanks for sharing this wonderful home!
