The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the spare set of keys, including the remote control at the kitchen benchtop. Failing to leave any of these at the house will incur at least a $100 replacement penalty.
Put the set of access keys back into the wall mountable key safe, located at the front door. The code to access the safe is 1475
Check out is 9:00am strictly but can be amended if no other guests arrive the same day of your departure. Please check with Ron closer to your departure date
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fabulous accommodation - would highly recommend

Lovely spacious bright & clean house. Great outdoor area. Host very helpful when we needed anything. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival. Located in a nice residential area. Beach & shops a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully clean, excellent facilities, clean pool and outdoor areas. Easy access to all areas for shopping or days out. Clear instructions left by landlord.

Handy location, quiet neighbourhood

Suited our needs for 3 week vacation perfectly. Supermarket and beach only 3 min drive away. Problem with hot water rectified very quickly by property manager. Could do with a couple more loungers by the pool. Would i return? Yup!
