This property was great for a mini holiday in Phillip Island! It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. It's close to lots of great attractions. It has a beautiful garden that my children loved running around in and Nana also enjoyed it too.
There was no internet at all could not watch tv, not use our phones no service. The air con wasnt working for 2 days. The host wasnt very polite, would not go back there anymore. we stayed for 6 days the best part of it all was the back garden.That house needs an update the toaster is 30 years old.
A quiet place to stay over a long weekend and had everything we needed.
Great communication with the owner even had the heater on ready for us when we arrived.
Perfect gated backyard for our dog to join our holiday as well as a nice 4km walk into main street cowes.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property which is a little bit out from main Cowes but is comfortable, has nice beaches nearby and we found we didn't really want to go anywhere else. The garden is as lovely as the photos and it was nice not to have pressure to bring linen etc and just pay a cleaning fee. The dog really enjoyed it too! Nice on-leash beaches nearby and we could all swim together.
We had a very nice 3 days. The property was spotlessly clean with all mod cons in a quiet location. Not sure whether 38 deg is normal for the island, but if it is, we'd recommend upgrading the air con unit as the current one just can't cope. Maybe some ceiling fans would help and instructions for using the TV. We'd stay again on a cooler weekend.
