House is as described but MUCH larger than it appears. Host took care of normal minor issues promptly. Great house for being close to wildlife with peace and quiet from civilization. AWD vehicle probably a good idea and save the address in the navigation as well as the Village address (service is spotty and a lot of twists and turns to the house.
We booked this place for only two days while we waited for our main reservation to start in another area and we're wishing that we'd stayed there the whole week. This was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, including a clean and ready to use hot tub. Our contact was so communicative and easy to reach. The house has everything you needed and then some. Deer roaming through the back yard, awesome propane grill which came in really handy since we were under fire restrictions. Sadly due to the fire restrictions we couldn't use the huge fire pit, but it was ready. Even had a hose nearby for safety. Our only struggle was the beds upstairs being extra firm. So if you like firm beds, you'll love these. If not maybe consider bringing a mattress pad. That would definitely not stop us from staying here again! One more shout out for our contact, Ivan, who was truly amazing. We've stayed in a lot of homes through both of the big rental companies, and I can honestly say that Ivan was the most accommodating and responsive. He took great care of us throughout. Thank you!!!!

Great cabin, great neighborhood
It was a great experience we loved the cabin and the area was beautiful
Nice winter getaway! Beautiful Property with lots of space for family gathering! Hot tub and deck were beautiful and had great views of the Forrest. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and bathrooms were large and spacious. Check-in and out was very easy and host was very communicative. Directions and instructions were very easy and we really enjoyed our time relaxing!
I would buy a cabin in Duck Creek Village any day. That place is amazing. The cabin was great, lots of space and was in the perfect location with a ton of forest behind the cabin to go exploring with kids.
The place setting was great, love it being outdoors. The house could use some better cleaning, mice droppings in cabinets and drawers. Coffee maker was clogged, alot of light bulbs out and outlets not working. The hot tub was not heated and ready for us to use until last day of leaving, when the property manager decided to check the place while there are tenants there. This place could use some improvements, especially for the price we paid.

Great for getaway
My only complaint was that we didn't stay longer. Beautiful cabin with plenty to do. Fire pit, horseshoes, jacuzzi and tons of space for the whole family.

Mountain House
We enjoyed our stay here, selected to be about an hour away from Bryce and Zion. Lots of room and great stargazing. Manager was very responsive to our questions by text. House does not have a dishwasher, which was fine for short stay with two people but might be unwelcome for a larger group.
Nice cabin, clean, horse shoe and fire pit. The deck and hot tub are the gems of this property. Everday 6 to 8 deer where right by the deck feeding on grass. A couple of items could be approved in, celling fans, on demand hot water heater worked good but it needs adjusted for a steady flow of hot water. I would stay here again.
Booked this for our 24th anniversary could not use the spa tub inside due to minimal water output coupled with hot water issues plus when I saw the mildew in the jets I wouldn’t have anyway, the hot tub outside was dirty ended up cooling off to 86 degrees during our stay. Spiderwebs were pretty bad throughout the house. I also found mice droppings under the kitchen counter. We had to take cold showers until we contacted the host to learn we had to run a utility sink in tandem with the shower to get hot water(what a waste of water) also we were left with a used dirty sponge to clean our dishes with.(house has no dishwasher) I reached out to the owner after check out to let him know how displeased, he never responded. In all the years booking vacation rentals I’ve never left a review like this and I hope to never again. Side note the backyard was lovely we saw deer morning and evening and the proximity to the national parks is great.
I have 4 sisters. One was here from Mexico. Another here from Dallas. 2 were here locally. We wanted a quiet place to relax and catch up. The cabin was perfect. We also enjoyed the hot tub.
My husband and I booked this house hoping to play in the snow for our anniversary. Although the snow was lacking, the home was still wonderful. So peaceful, fully stocked, well located, we loved it! Perhaps some safety cones over the rebar in the horseshoe pit.
Had a great winter get-away here! The cabin was clean and accurate to the pictures. The hot tub was clean and private. We did not have any trouble with the road but definitely pay attention to the warnings about having the right vehicle and being prepared with chains in the winter months.

I have found my , get out of the Las Vegas summer heat place to retreat , relax and enjoy the cool mountains of southern Utah. The Cabin was very clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. The cabin is within 10 mins of Duck Creek Village. Horse back riding is also within minutes as well as ATV rentals if you don’t have your own. the cabin is easy to find and easily accessible although you will need a 4X4 during winter snow. Simply put , this is a terrific place. I look forward to returning in the fall.
The property was surface clean but it needs some attention to cobwebs and the floors. The location was convenient to duck Creek roads well maintained. The furniture was beautiful and look custom-made but an upgrade to the bedding would really set off the bedroom nicely. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was functional and had everything we need
