Unfortunately we were disappointed with several aspects of our stay here, especially for the amount we paid. I will email the host to give them a chance to fix up the issues rather than post them here. We won’t book this house again though.

Our team has reviewed this 13-night stay in full. The only contact received during the stay was a call on 8 October about a brief power outage, which was restored during that call and was outside our control. No other issues were raised with our team at any point, so there was no opportunity to investigate or resolve anything while the guests were in residence. As at the date of this response, no follow-up email has been received. Our terms ask guests to report any issue on the day it arises so it can be attended to promptly.

Perfect Family getaway

Coastal Capers was the perfect place for a family getaway. It was a clean, open and well styled house, with 5 bedrooms, a large dining table to seat all of us and a lounge area that opened out to an outdoor/ undercover area, which was great for entertaining. It was in the perfect location, 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the local bowling club and local shops/ cafes/ restaurants. The only thing that I would add to the house would be an extra shower as one bathroom was inconvenient with 7 people. Other than that, I'd definitely stay there again.
