Pipi Place offers a modern beachside escape for the whole family.

Located in “The Point” Pipi Place is surrounded but great amenities with the beautiful lagoon and play park for the kids at the end of the street as well as local favourite Café 3225 just around the corner.

Pipi Place is modern living at its finest with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area which opens out to the large deck perfect for entertaining family and friends. The entertainer’s kitchen equipped with 900mm gas cooktop and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine is sure to impress. With 4 good sized bedrooms, the master with ensuite and a family bathroom there is ample accommodation. You will relax in comfort year-round with zoned ducted heating and cooling as well as a beautiful gas fireplace making Pipi Place your prefect retreat in any weather.

The secure backyard is complete with outdoor setting and shower perfect for a rinse off after a long day at the beach. There is also secure parking in the lockup garage and driveway.

You will never run out of things to do with family friendly Springs Beach only a short walk away and a scenic stroll along the promenade will see you enjoying the shops and cafes of Point Lonsdale’s main street. There is also great access to the Bellarine Rail Trail and many bike paths to explore.
