The front door opens into a gorgeous living room with lovely beach decor. Through the living room, you will find the open concept dining room and kitchen, with a coffee bar and spectacular wood floors. Step outside onto the elevated deck, where you can eat your meals in the summer sun. Off of the deck, a multi-tiered backyard gives space for running around playing yard games, relaxing on the outdoor sectional, or lounging by the firepit on the Adirondack chairs.

Return inside and head downstairs to the finished basement, an incredible entertainment space with sprawling sectional, large TV great for movies, a game table, and even a bunk bed with trundle if the kids can’t make it back up stairs after the movie ends. Other sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with queen bed and en suite full bathroom, a third bedroom with king bed, and a final bedroom with a full bed and twin bed, all located on the first floor.

A Place for Relaxation

We immensely enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable and the space was welcoming. We loved the fire pit and how close the property was to various places around town. Definitely a great place for a large family to stay while visiting the Cape

Awesome family reunion

We really enjoyed our stay with family coming from 3 states. This house had all the amenities we needed plus a quiet neighborhood for daily walks. Stores and other necessities were a quick drive. We would definitely recommend this gem to friends and family looking for a central location on the Cape.
