2-Bedroom Rental House with Kitchen, Living Room, 2 Bathrooms (1 of Which Is a Guest Bathroom), Balcony, Refrigerator, Stove, 24-Inch LED TV, Microwave, Sandwich Maker, Wi-Fi, and a Double Box Spring Bed in Each Bedroom, 4 Mattresses, a Sofa Bed with 6 Seats and 2 Sleeping Spots, a Dining Table with 4 Chairs, a White Round Table with 4 Benches Near the Grill, 1 wall fan in the living room, 1 table fan, blender, juicer, various pots and cutlery, hammock, and barbecue grill. House located 10 metres from Maçambaba Beach (Figueira-Parque das Garças) in Arraial do Cabo and 400 metres from the lagoon. Available for weekend rentals on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Maximum occupancy: 8 (eight) people. I have no objection to renting to families with infants or pets, but they count towards the occupancy limit. The house does not have BED LINEN <br>, or AIR CONDITIONING.
