This bright, sunny cottage has recently been refurbished and is located in a lovely bush setting in a quiet cul-de-sac close to everything Mangawhai has to offer. Its a 5 minute walk to the shops and golf course and a 10-15 minute walk to the estuary and Mangawhai Activity Zone. The surf beach and markets are just over 5 minutes away by car.

With only birdsong as background noise enjoy this quiet getaway so close to it all. A heat pump ensures warmth all year round or helps cool the hot Northland summers.

If security is important for little ones the gate on the deck can be closed to fully enclose the area. If you are bringing your own toys, there is storage in the single roller garage underneath and plenty of parking.

Notes:

1. The main garage is not available for guests.

2. The TV is a SMART TV, just bring your own App logins.

Would suit a family or a small group of mature adults.

Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
