House and section were great, loved the space. The property needs some maintenance attention.

The hot water system needs to be replaced as the flow sensor is very worn, this means you have to have the pressure on full to make the unit fire. We left the vanity tap on hot when we showered to stop the shower going cold, not ideal when your on tank water. The bunks are very squeaky and didn’t feel that safe. It was very hot inside, a couple of cheap fans would have been nice. A couple of sharp bits on the deck need some attention and the back area could do with a clean, lots of mosquitoes out there from leaves etc.. couldn’t get the clothes line to stay up, possibly broken.
