Modern Home with stunning sea and estuary views. A short 2 minute stroll and your toes are in the sand at either the surf beach or estuary. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed, this home offers the perfect getaway retreat at the beach. Enjoy BBQs on the deck after a day at the beach, watching the waves break and the colours change in the sky and over the sand dunes unique to this magical place.

Multiple entertaining areas both inside and out allow for adult and children to have their own space to relax. There is also a cot, portacot, high chair and baby bath for those with young ones.

You'll struggle to decide whether to walk to the beach or to just open up the ranch sliders and just laze around the house enjoying the spectacular views. There is also now a heat pump on both levels to keep things warm in winter and cool in summer.

NOTES:

There is parking for 2 cars beside the house (3 at a push with one across the front of the garage) and it is not suitable for trailers or boats. The closest parking nearby is at the surf beach a couple of minutes walk away.

LINEN: For this property all linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included as part of the Cleaning Fee. Just bring your beach towels

Mangawhai is the perfect summer holiday destination or coastal retreat. With its beautiful swimming and surf beaches and abundant marine life, Mangawhai is a popular spot for sailing, fishing, surfing, diving and summer family fun. The clear waters of the estuary provide safe family swimming, and the secluded white sand beaches of Te Arai and Pakiri are a short drive away.

Enjoy the vibrant art and cafe scene, local farmers market and the famous Bennetts Chocolate Shop. Soak up the natural beauty of this slice of coastal paradise, beachcombing, bush walking or just relaxing in a comfy chair with a glass of something cool.

Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
