This holiday home offers all the mod-cons of a modern bach but in a peaceful rural setting. Nestled into native bush with mature kauri and totara on one side, the property faces out to panoramic views of the Mangawhai Harbour valley, the Hen and Chicken Islands and the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
Enjoy the open plan living with fireplace for winter or bi-fold doors which open up to an outside lounge and covered deck area, with a large lawn for the kids to play. The property is light filled and sunny and every room has a beautiful outlook, the minute you step through the doors you will feel relaxed and won't want to leave.
This property features 3 bedrooms - 2 with a Queen, and the third with 2 sets of Single Bunks.
Note there is a Chromecast on the TV so you can cast your favourite apps and there is also Freeview.
Despite the rural location, it is ideally located as a base for all the local beaches as it is only 10 - 15 minutes drive away (check out Te Arai in the height of summer when Mangawhai Heads beach is chocka!). The shops, cafes and markets at Mangawhai Village are only a 5 minute drive and Mangawhai Heads just a few minutes further up the road. Waipu, Waipu Cove and Langs are only 15-20 minutes away.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
