Relax away on Quail Way

Welcome to our modern kiwi bach. We love staying in our home away from home and would like to share it with you. It is modern, fully equipped and clean. Comfortably sleeps seven - great for fishing, walking, golfing, beaching, watersports or cycling holiday. Located in a quiet private rd, 400mtrs walk to the Estuary or 3 min drive to surf beach. Close to boat ramp. Easy walk to shops, cafes, dining out, golf course and Mangawhai Activity Zone. Ample flat off street parking for cars and boats.

* Located in a quiet private road and 300mtrs walk to the beach.
* Heat Pump and under cover gas Hooded BBQ, plus Beer fridge/freezer.

The North facing section means there is sun all day on the house and outdoor dining and BBQ area. The house is warm with a new heat pump. Good sized enclosed yard for the children to play or for entertaining. BBQ, outdoor sink to clean fish of the day, second shower outside. Family friendly private road within easy walking distance the incredible Mangawhai activity zone & skate park and the estuary and close to the Heads and beautiful beaches.

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a SUPER KING bed, the second with QUEEN bed and the third bedroom has two 3 SINGLES. All of the bedrooms have black out blinds and the King bed as a ranch slider that opens up onto the outdoor dining area.

Extras:
- Linen: We provide sheets, duvets with covers and pillow covers at no extra charge, they are washed upon guest departure.
- Tea Towels provided
- FACE CLOTHS, BATH AND BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
- Disposable rubbish bags found at 4 square.
- The house is on tank water. Please be considerate of your water use.
- Freeview TV with DVD/CD player.
- DVDS and games for the kids to use.
- Kitchen is fully equipped.
- Washing machine and Dryer
- Please do cleanup after yourself, e.g. put dishes away and return the furniture to how you found it and the cleaner will do everything else to make sure the home is thoroughly clean for the next guests.

Just what we needed

We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The place was perfect for our 3 generation family holiday, particularly with a toddler. It was great having a contained backyard with low stress of him making a dash for water or roads. Great outdoor space which was really useable with the patchy weather we experienced. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

A perfect place to stay for the kids - indoor and outdoor games and DVDs etc.

A perfect place to stay for the kids - indoor and outdoor games and DVDs etc. Really close to the local playground and skatepark (which is awesome by the way), and easy access to the beach. Also some other kids staying in the street, so my kids had someone else to play with besides me! Comfortable, tidy and well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Nice quiet cul-de-sac.

Nice quiet cul-de-sac. Lots of room for kids to play outside (great drive for scootering or rollerblades). Loads of toys for rainy days (which we experienced, thank god for the games). A well set up house, clean and tidy and we found the beds very comfortable. Recommend the surf beach (5 min drive) for swimming, its very beautiful. The kids enjoyed the estuary too. Thanks for a lovely stay

Lovely spot & the outdoor area is a treat as caters for all types, groups, families, couples. very quiet so for a romantic get away it was fabulous. unfortunately the king bed was so uncomfortably hard our backs were very sore for days, Russell apologized for our discomfort and I'm sure he'll remedy this in the near future. let us know when you do Russell as we'd go back to stay in that tranquility.

The property was exactly what we needed, especially having a toddler with us.

The property was exactly what we needed, especially having a toddler with us. Perfect for the kids with a large garden with a sandpit. Plenty of games inside and the under cover deck is perfect for sitting out, even when its chucking it down with rain. Plenty of space inside for the family. We had an amazing, relaxing weekend. Location great, being close to the beach, the town and even a close drive to Waipu and Langs Beach. I recommend using Russels Bach and I look forward staying again
