Come stay and kick back at our real kiwi bach. It's a basic 80's box! and a mod con free zone eg. no wifi. More importantly it is a short walk to estuary (which is swimmable in all tides) and boat ramp, short drive (or longer walk) to ocean beach.
The Wood St shops and eateries are in close walking distance, as is the golf course.
Large deck and large fully fenced and level section. Great for small kids on bikes and BYC.
Great base from which to explore the beaches, walks, vineyards and other attractions of the Greater Mangawhai area.

Special conditions:
We wont charge a cleaning fee, as it is quite pricey to get someone local to do it. Please leave the bach as you found it. To be clear, this means shower, toilet etc, clear fridge, sweep floors, remove rubbish, do dishes.
No parties or loud music.
No extra people beyond the number booked.
Please tell us a little about yourself and your visit.
Family groups preferred.

Please bring own bed linen and towels. Beds are 1 king, one queen, one single.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; and remove all rubbish from site. More info after booking.
