T2 (25m2). Very good condition (redone in 2007 preserving the charm of the old stone chimney). You will have a complete and new household appliances (stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine) + intercom, bedding (1 bed 140 + 1 + BZ bed pads). The double-glazing offers an appreciable soundproofing. Air conditioning of the room and the room.

The apartment has a separate bedroom and a kitchen-living room + shower-toilet.

Exceptional location on the seafront and town center: beach 20 meters away, close to shops. The car is not necessary for your holiday! EN ground floor.

Banyuls is a small seaside resort, ideal for swimming and water sports (diving, sailing ..). Many walks in the mountains on foot or by bike. Many visits to wineries. Near Spain, Collioure (picturesque village). Access to the station and bus station on foot.
