What a vieuw

This is a dream-like property and villa. The views are unparalleled. There are unobstructed views of the Meditterranean from upstairs. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, equipment, utensils etc. It is very quiet during the day and at night. At night, we could hear the the surf. The Granmontane is cooling and refreshing. It is safe area. It is possible to talk to the town core by foot - 600 meters. If you seek a retreat with breathtaking views, lots of room, a private salt water pool and much more, this is your oasis of comfort. We even went to Barcelona for the day. Bliss for 2 parents and an 11 year old child. Enjoy your stay.

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely, however I feel I should mention a couple of small things. The pool no longer has the same view as depicted in the advert. A house has been built in front so the owners have planted in front of pool to mask the new property. The villa has lots of steps, it is over 3 floors and also steps to get to front entrance, these were ok for us but anyone with mobility problems would struggle, the steps are also tiled. It is also a little isolated where the villa is so a car is a must. Having said the above, we had a fab holiday, pool was lovely, villa very well equipped, beds mega comfy and owner was very helpful. The lovely bottles of wine was also a nice touch on arrival and departure

Traumhaft

Von der Buchung bis zum Check-in und Check-out hat alles prima funktioniert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schรถn und der unglaubliche Ausblick war jeden Morgen einfach Traumhaft. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigem Wohngebiet und somit abseits von รผberfรผllten Touristengegend. So haben wir uns unseren Urlaub vorgestellt.

Site enchanteur!

Sรฉjour fort agrรฉable avec une vue exceptionnelle!On peut admirer le lever du soleil sur la Mรฉditerranรฉe. Un pur bonheur ร  tous les matins. Le calme est prรฉsent le jour comme la nuit.La magnifique villa offre beaucoup dโ€™espace et elle est trรจs bien รฉquipรฉe.Etant en octobre ,on nโ€™a pu profiter de la belle piscine. Les รฉchanges avec le propriรฉtaire M.Mogenson furent faciles et lโ€™accueil de M.Bial fut chaleureux. Il a รฉtรฉ rรฉceptif ร  toutes nos demandes. Une auto est ร  privilรฉgier surtout pour les retours ร  la villa le soir.

Weiter Meerblick aus dreigeschossigem Neubau

Der franzรถsisch sprechende Hauskeeper arbeitet gekonnt mit dem Handy-รœbersetzerprogramm. 16 Stufen fรผhren vom Parkplatz zur Eingangsebene, dort fรผhrt ein sehr enger Flur in 2 kleine und ein grรถsseres Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit innenstehenden Klimagerรคten ausgestattet. Die anderen Etagen sind nicht klimatisiert, was bei den riesigen Fensterflรคchen-trotz Jalousien-zu starker Wรคrme im Haus fรผhrt. Das 1. Bad liegt auf der Etage der Schlafzimmer, das 2. Bad im EG. Im OG, 16 weitere Stufen, befinden sich Kรผche und grosses Wohnzimmer mit traumhaftem Weitblick, sowie ein Balkon (Nord-Ost) und eine kleine Terrasse (Sรผd-West). Die Kรผche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Balkonstรผhle sind leider sehr unbequem, da helfen auch die dรผnnen Kissen nicht. Die Reinigung, insbesondere an den Eingรคngen und Balkonen sollte zeitnah vor Bezug erfolgen. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass die Hausbaustelle schrรคg gegenรผber nรคchstes Jahr im besten Fall abgeschlossen sein wird. Cerbere ist ein netter Ort, in dem gerade der schรถne Plantanenplatz im Zentrum und die kleine Strandpromenade saniert werden.

Urlaub und Haus - ein Traum

Cerbere wird bestimmt einmal ein netter Ferienort. Zur Zeit besteht der Ort aus Bahnhof und Baustelle. Es wird die Promenade erneuert und soll mit Sand am Strand (bisher nur sehr grober Kies) aufgefรผllt werden. Das dauert halt seine Zeit. Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung. In der StraรŸe herrschte absolute Ruhe. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, im Haus ist alles nach neuestem Standard super eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafrรคumen funktionierten super. Die รœbergabe des Hauses mit Hrn. Bial klappte problemlos. Herr Mogensen (der Eigentรผmer) war jederzeit erreichbar. Unser Fazit: Wer Ruhe und keine Action sucht ist hier goldrichtig.

Goed geoutilleerde vakantiewoning. Een of twee parasols op de terrassen zou verbetering zijn. Werkzaamheden aan de straten en pleinen in het dorpje, waren we niet van op de hoogte. Restaurants daardoor niet bereikbaar.

Un excellent sรฉjour, une maison incroyable !

L'annonce est tout ร  fait conforme ร  la maison qui est trรจs confortable, neuve, avec une literie d'excellente qualitรฉ, une trรจs bonne isolation phonique (quartier trรจs calme) mais il faut surtout รชtre sur place pour profiter du panorama incroyable et de pouvoir surplomber la mer ร  chaque coup d'oeil. Les deux terrasses, la cuisine et le salon, et chacune des trois chambres a une vue sur la mer, c'est incroyable ! De plus, la maison est bien รฉquipรฉe (sauna, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sรจche linge, cafetiรจre ร  filtre et cafetiรจre nespresso etc...) et elle est dรฉcorรฉe avec goรปt. Enfin, la communication avec les propriรฉtaires ou avec Monsieur B. qui s'occupe de l'accueil est facile et agrรฉable. La piscine est spectaculaire, mais nous devrons revenir pour en profiter car hors saison cela n'a pas รฉtรฉ possible. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermรฉs, nous avons passรฉ un excellent sรฉjour !
