Villa of 170m2 in floor. A gazebo on the Mediterranean.
The villa is composed as follows:
Two rooms on patio on the ground floor overlooking the spa and pool. A bathroom with double vanity, a separate toilet. On level 1 living room/terrace 25m2 sea view and equipped kitchen (integrated coffee machine/ dishwasher/ washing-machine, toaster, blinder, refrigerator with ice cube of 240 liters.
On level R2 two other rooms of 15m2 each with terrace and balcony sea view. A second bathroom with shower cabin XXL and double vanity with cascading taps. A suspended toilet.
The exterior: A patio of 40M2 without opposite protected from the wind. In the patio, a plancha space and a spa area for 4 people (3 long seats with sea view and a seat). Su the side of the house, a large terrace and swimming pool on the seafront. Absolutely amazing view from all the rooms of the villa and pool.
Access from the parking lot that can accommodate 4 cars is either by an external staircase or a completely silent elevator in stainless steel.
The provision of kayaks and paddle (with all equipment) completes these quality services.
