About this property

Falcon's Crest is a coastal house with breathtaking ocean and estuary views on a quiet street only one hour south of Perth and 7Km from Mandurah town.

Dog friendly house (secured backyard and dog door). Dog friendly beach is only 50m away. Falcon is in an excellent locaiton with access to the beach and estuary. Shopping centres are only a few minutes drive. Whole house newly renovated house with all the amentities.
This house has linen supplied for 3 queen size beds (sleeps 6) contact us to BYO extra beds (up to 8 people), towles supplied. Two bathrooms and toilets with showers.

Open plan living upstairs with another family room downsairs. BBQ and outddor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony. Unrestricted views to the Peel Estuary and hills.

Relax on the front or rear balcony and experience the sunrises and sunsets from this unique position. Whilst you're at it make plans to visit the beach or head out to the estuary to enjoy boating, fishing, crabbing, golf, foreshore walks, or even kite surfing only a few minutes drive away! Large front yard with gate to allow your pets to roam or gates for the rear yard also an option.

Parking for at least four vehicles and a small to medium sized boat/caravan out front if required. Nearby shops and Mandurah Forum, pubs, and restaurants at Halls Head, Erskine, Falcon, and Mandurah.
Amenities: TV, stereo, microwave, air conditioning in loungeroom, ceiling fans, NBN/WiFi, dishwasher.
Dogs welcome (dog beach 50m away as the crow flies, 150m walk)

One of our favourite Stayz!

This property was our perfect family getaway! We watched the sun rise and set, from each balcony, feeling on top of the world. Pets were welcomed, our lab loving his runs on the dog beach just out front. The house is beautifully functional and a delight to cook and stay in. We spent mornings bike riding the stunning coastline, and on the SUP at Falcon Bay Beach nearby, we even watched the NYE fireworks from the balcony. We felt safe, and at peace for our entire duration, terribly sad to leave. Thank you to the owner for ensuring my family a beautifully clean and comfortable stay.

Ocean escape!

We had a great stay with our dog. Wonderful views of the ocean on one side and the estuary on the other. We could hear the ocean. The house is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I wish we could have stayed longer.
