Homely 4 bedrooms in Halls Head just a short 5 minute drive to all Mandurah has to offer.

There's multiple living areas including games room with table tennis for the whole family to enjoy. Or sit back and watch a movie on the large TV in the movie room with the fireplace going. A playroom for the kids.

Fantastic outdoor space with beautiful heated swimming pool can have fun in here most of the year, great big shallow area for the little ones to enjoy! Large area to sit and have your dinner by the pool while the kids are splashing around.

Fully fenced yard front and back for the kids and pets to be safe. Grassed area and playset out the back for the kids.

Suits family holidays to Mandurah only short walk up the path to lovely coastal walks or rides by the beach.
Wander up the path and see the gorgeous sunset over the ocean.
Take a walk about 5mins and see one of the Mandurah Giants overlooking the beach.
For swimming beaches for the family the best ones are Falcon Bay beach or Doddi's beach both have lovely cafe's to enjoy after your swim both less than 10 mins drive.

Has evaporated air throughout to keep you cool in the warmer months and a cosy fireplace for the cooler ones.

Two bedrooms with large beds for the adults and the other two bedrooms one has a low lying bunk bed and the other has a single bed with pull out trundle bed underneath for the kids.

Kitchen has all you should need, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher.

There's two kids playgrounds on street both a short distance from the house.

If you are after shops Halls Head Central is only 2 minutes drive up the street with Coles, Kmart and Aldi plus smaller shops and restaurants.

Lovely Home

The house was right near the beach and only a short walk from IGA which was perfect. The house had plenty of entertainment from the pool to table tennis to the theatre. It was also great we could bring the dogs.
