About this property
Spacious home in Heathcote township. Perfect for families and groups.
Escape to the heart of Heathcote in our spacious property that accommodates up to 9 people.
This late 1970s house has recently undergone considerable renovation and offers a bright, open and stylish living space for you to enjoy with your friends and family. Appliances, most kitcheware, and matresses are all new in 2023.
A few vintage features remain, such as a little traditional wallpaper, some older but still good carpet in the bedrooms, and an original shower still in place. Don't worry though, as it's perfectly functional and is nice and clean. The bath, basin, floor and splashback tiles are all new.
With four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of living space, and heaps of storage, this home is an excellent choice for large groups or families and the separate bedroom area ensures a quiet, private area for a peaceful night's sleep.
The home is exclusively for guests to enjoy with no hosts on site, though we live close by and can provide support if required.
Please note: a pool exists in the backyard, which is unuseable. It is fenced, covered & locked whilst awaiting it's removal. An ensuite exists, which is locked pending renovations being completed.
