Perfect stay

It was as described. The property was clean, stocked with coffee, spices, napkins, and paper towels. The bed was comfy and the recliner couch was wonderful. Location was perfect! The owners were on site and checked in to be sure we didn't need anything. We would stay again when visiting family.

Wonderful Apartment in Peaceful Setting

.If I could give this rental more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I loved staying here with our dog. The apartment is immaculately clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood with walking trails nearby. Our host Gino was always available and helpful but never intrusive, and his entire family made us feel at home. We are so happy we found this spot and are already planning to come back!

Dream backyard for the dogs!

We really enjoyed our stay, and loved being able to bring our pets along with us. The backyard spanning almost an acre, full fenced in was a dream come true for our dogs. Full size kitchen and fridge was ideal for stocking snacks and drinks. Great location, quiet neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants! Only complaint- there was a wind chime hung right outside the bedroom window, which made an awful banging sound against the side of the house as the wind blew. We barely got any sleep our last night because of this. Please consider moving the wind chime away from the bedroom window!

Clean but not charming

Compared to previous vacation rentals that we've stayed, this house is very basic with used furniture, tiny IKEA lamps and no comfy home feeling. If you're renting this house to rest your head at night, it's perfect (shower was hot, but no hair dryer, bring your own), but if you planned to spend time at the house, it was not for us. The ouside area looks inviting, but there was no BBQ grill as advertised and the "nice" seating area outside by the pool was covered with plants, dirty chairs and table. Overall, the house was clean (except for the leftover bar of used soap in the bathroom cabinet and the previous renter's clothes in the dresser- But I put that on the cleaning crew), the A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. It was in a very nice neighborhood with trees and we saw wild turkeys one morning in the yard. We will not rent this unit again, as it is just not our style of rental

Owner's response: "Patrice, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. - The home is as advertised we have all the same light fixtures and furniture. We did not skimp on any of these items and everything was purchased to make our house a home and to ensure the comfort of all of our guests. We did purchase new floor lamps. - We appreciate you sharing your feedback and we listened. We have purchased a new hair dryer for the convenience of our guests. - We do list and provide a grill for our guests, we're sorry if you didn't see it, but it is available and works very well. We wish you had let us know you couldn't find it we would have taken care of you immediately. - The cleaners have been given your feedback to ensure anything left behind by other guests is removed.We are sorry that we were not a good fit for you. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

Overall stay

I was disappointed with the cleanliness and overall experience. There was roaches that we saw - multiple times and ants. Reached out to the host to request bug spray or traps but the host didn’t accommodate or attempt to reapond / rectify or offer solutions. I had to come home and wash all of my clothes and luggage because I was afraid of bringing the bugs back. . They also did not replace the shower soap in the bathroom and it was empty. I told him that as well so that he would know for the next guest and he didn’t acknowledge that either. They only had one bath towel available. The air conditioner did not keep the bedroom cool. And there was only two pillows on the bed in shams and not pillow cases which are generally for ahow and not sleeping .

As we value cleanliness, we inspected the house before your arrival and found it to be thoroughly clean, well-stocked, with no signs of any pests. Our cleaning company refilled the soap and conditioner we provide and did not share any concerns about pests in the home. To ensure efficiency, we will add a bug spray for guest use if there is any need for it in the future. - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules. We were disappointed to learn that you had more than the stated number of guests booked for your stay. We truly do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
