About this property
BUSHWICK DREAM 2BR-DESIGN+KITCHEN+COLOR+MODERN+LIGHT. A place to enjoy yourself!
This classic Brooklyn apartment is a passion project for me. I am a contractor and brought my experience in luxury properties to the total gut-renovation of the apartment. The space is airy and unique, with ample sunlight, original detail skylights, and an open floor plan. There are two large, light bedrooms, a giant modern bathroom, and a kitchen designed for chefs.
Experience an intelligently-designed, ultra-modern home in the heart of Brooklyn’s most energetic and active artistic and cultural district. Integrated into the space are pop-up exhibitions and art installations, which are always fluctuating and taking new forms. The shelves are lined with board games, craft supplies, and maps and guidebooks. Beer is available in the fridge and polaroid film and camera as well as a variety of med cab items are accessible with a small suggested donation.
Living area is attached and comes equipped with a television, Alexa, cable and WIFI. The bathroom is spacious with a rainwater shower. K cups and tea are available to all guests.
Amenities include
-across the street from the supermarket
- 1 block from Halsey stop on the J train
-10 minutes to Bushwick stop on the L train
-10 minutes to Rockaway stop on the C train
-counter space work space, desk space!!
-HBO, NETFLIX
-20 minutes train ride to manhattan
-walk in shower with 9' high rain head
-art supplies, art supplies... please be creative while you are here
-washer/dryer
-stainless steel backsplash (its magnetic!)
-back to back medicine cabinets w mirrors in and out (for detailed grooming)
-14" ceilings, two skylights,
-400 sf open plan main room
-two spacious bedrooms
-ink blackened hard oak floors
-laminate maps of Brooklyn, Manhattan and the 5 boroughs for your convenience.
The Chef's kitchen features a Liebher Fridge, Thermador Oven and Bosch Dishwasher. Counter space, pantry closet,
The present "exhibit" is based on a color theme. Included in the display is my collection of art and architecture books as well as my collection of dictionaries.
This is a second floor apartment in Bushwick, Brooklyn. People are out at night. I live downstairs. Its a residential neighborhood. At night it is not noisy, but it is not dead silent.
