We needed to stay in the Tampa Temple Terrace area for a scuba class my husband was attending. The location was decent for the daily drive (15 min). Kathie was great and quick with information on the property. Home is very comfortable, newly remodeled and well stocked for cooking and making yourself at home.

Tampa work rental

Needed a place to stay with my wife and dog while in tampa on a four month assignment. The property was perfect. Close to work and anything else we needed. Neighbors were fantastic.

Main Attraction

Very pleased with the cleanliness and appearance of this rental. It was newly renovanted and everything looked up to date and brand new. The major plus for us was location, just less than 2 miles from the lectureship we were attending and it was conviently located near everything we could have needed. The bedrooms were adequate; comfortable beds, nice bedding, nice closets, and good lighting. I would suggest that the light chain on the fan could have used an extention. I was too short and too old to climb on the bed to reach it though I did find a collapsible stool under the kitchen sink that I put to use each time I wanted to use the fan but turn out the light. Also a handicap handle in the bathtub would have been a helpful addition. Night lights in evey room was a very nice addition. The half bath located in the carport area was fondly referred to as the "out house" and we used it frequently. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood in which it was located, but it was a very quite neighborhood, never noticed any noise in the evenings and the outside appearance of the house spoke of how nice it was on the inside. We hope to use this location again.
