If you are looking for a luxury gateway, this place is definitely worth a visit. You will be in the heart of popular Thirroul, yet in a very private and comfortable abode.
Everything is at your doorstep, you will be spoilt for the choice of fine eateries, boutiques and entertainment.

This property would be perfect if you are looking to visit the beautiful Anita’s Theatre, renown for hosting great concerts and shows. So, make it a weekend to remember.
From here you can walk to Thirroul Beach, Olympic size swimming pool, surf club, state of the art kids play park, and a recreation park.

About the property:
This is a 2nd floor penthouse offering open plan living, dining and kitchen.

There are two beautiful bedrooms, one with access to a balcony with ocean views, the other to a private alfresco terrace with escarpment views.

The spacious alfresco area is very private and has retractable electric roof. There is an outdoor kitchen and plenty of space for recreation and relaxing.

Bedroom 2 – King size bed + BIW + sliding door to alfresco terrace

Car accommodation:
Communal car park at the back of Anita’s Theatre. Secure access to the property from the car park, lock box included.

Conditions of Occupation:
Quiet hours for outside noise from 10pm – 8am. There is plenty of room to socialise inside.
To maintain a high standard for tenants the following conditions of occupation apply:
(a) Use of premises – the premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt.
(b) Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
(c) Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated in the Confirmation Notice unless subsequently agreed in writing or email. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner in advance and these will be deducted from the bond.
(d) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The premises are located in the residential area and have a strict no party policy. NO weddings, parties or large gatherings are permitted.
(e) Noise – Noise to be kept to a minimum. With NO outside noise from 10pm. In the event of noise complaints which result in Holiday Letting Organisation or Police call out, or should a noise order be issued, the Owner reserves the right to immediately evict the Tenant and retain the whole of the bond.
(f) Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss – the Tenant is responsible for the tenant’s personal property. The cost of repair or replacement of any item in the premises or the premises itself due to damage and/or breakages will be deducted from the bond and may include additional charges.
(g) No pets are allowed under any circumstances.

Pretty Perfect
This is a great property. My sister and I had a supremely relaxing time here. The beds were excellent, comfortable, large with quality linens. The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer easy to operate and efficient. It's a beautifully presented apartment, a couple of terraces to enjoy and close to many amenities. Instructions we received were very clear. We were a little concerned about the noise 'bleed' from Anita's Theatre below and the live music from the pub across the road, but there was little, nothing to keep us awake. The stairs are many and slightly problematic, but then we are in our 60's and 70's, so thought ahead and organised for some youngsters to take our luggage up and down. There are railings on both sides of each of the three staircases. It's an easy walk to the beach where there is a lovely park and ocean fed pool - perfect. We ate at the Beaches Hotel just across the road, Madam Choi, the Thirroul Beach Pavilion, Headland Hotel in Austinmer all of which were very acceptable. The absolute standout in our opinion was the Austi Beach Cafe also in Austinmer - almost perfect dishes! All in all, we loved this place and had an extremely relaxing and enjoyable 5 days in seaside Thirroul. Highly recommended

Well presented and wolcoming apartment. Be aware of the flights of stairs. Shops close but beach quite a walk. Not suitable for older people.

Amazing
Perfect location with everything so close. An amazing getaway with some R&R and fun, being so close to Anita's theatre. We were spoiled by the beautiful Penthouse. The booking went smoothly. The apartment manager (Barbara) was beautiful to deal with and instructions were easy to follow. Our stay was superb and definitely a five star. Thank you for letting this beautiful space to my Mum and myself. Best Regards Michelle
