U S OPEN. 5 Bedroom House in Shinnecock Pool Patio large private backyard.

Beautiful home in Shinnecock Hills/Southampton. Very close to golf, and walkable to Bay Beaches. Close to Southampton village, with restaurants, shopping, parks, and entertainment.
The house has four bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs, which can be used as an office but can also be converted into a full bedroom if needed.

The other bedrooms are the master with a king size bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom, the third bedroom has a full bed with a shared bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has a full bed with a shared bathroom. We have a great backyard. A heated gunite pool and patio with chaise lounges and umbrellas. There is an open outdoor shower. There is a large back deck with a grill and two separate seating areas as well as a large outdoor dining table. This home is great for a family.

Renters are responsible for propane to heat the pool. Weekly pool cleaning, the electric / air conditioning bill. 9178850847

I have stayed at this house on numerous occassions. Very conscientious owners-overall great people. We have stayed at Highland when visiting family with our two children. Close to the village but far enough from the constant crowds of the village tourist. Very close to the beautiful beaches. Great restaurant, Edegwater, 5 minutes away-kid friendly, great food and outstanding views. Have also done girls weekend here. Beautiful deck, 4 bedrooms with 3 bath upstairs, plenty of room for a relaxing time without kids. Great shopping in the Village, Village Cheese Shop, Golden Pear and Blue Duck Bakery all good options for coffee and lunch. This house comes highly recommended. Can't go wrong-a must see!

Heaven in the hamptons!

This well appointed home on a huge peice of property close to everthing is the perfect hamptons family getaway. It felt like home. We are a family of five and there was more than enough room when we each needed some space.. The back deck is a dream. I never wanted to leave!! Cherish and David are such a great couple, such a pleasure to work with...
