About this property
The Quarterdeck Summa
Summary:
The Quarterdeck, only steps away from the pristine white sands of Callala Bay, one of the secret gems of the famous Jervis Bay. This brand-new waterfront property is perfectly situated amongst the trees overlooking the bay. Steps away from Callala Beach and close to the Callala Bay boat ramp, local shops and Huskisson ferry, makes it the perfect beach house for a South Coast escape.
The Space:
Picture yourself relaxing in one of the two swinging chairs overlooking the water, with a good book (or drink!) in hand listening to the lull of the waves as they lap on the shore.
The Quarterdeck has a second stunning outdoor entertainment area overlooking a vast backyard. It’s fully enclosed making it safe for children and pets alike. The home is spacious, boasting a large well-equipped kitchen complete with all the essentials including a wine fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and 90cm oven.
There are five beautifully styled bedrooms including a dedicated bunk room, four bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a double garage complete with EV charger.
If the beach and bush haven’t worn the kids out yet, we’ve got them covered with a dedicated family room complete with large TV, foosball table and old-school board games.
This house will make you feel instantly at home, and can comfortably accommodate two large families, a group of friends or for a large multigenerational family holiday.
Guest Access:
Wandering Escapes manage this beautiful home and we hope to make your stay comfortable, memorable and effortless. We are always available to assist you with any of your needs.
The Neighborhood:
Callala Bay is fringed by powder white sand and tranquil blue water, an ocean lover’s delight. Tucked into the northern end of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, this relaxed coastal village offers calm swimming, snorkelling, fishing, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, as well as bushwalking and dolphin parades. There is also access to food and cafés and you are just a short drive to many other popular attractions on the South Coast.
We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.
Getting Around:
There are endless options for day trips, from the hundreds of pristine beaches to the many wineries of the region the possibilities for your stay are endless. It is recommended that you use private transport throughout the Shoalhaven. There is limited access to public transport and the train service only runs to Bomaderry. Some options may include; Nowra taxi service, private bus, limousine service or car hire, and there is a small Ferry/water taxi service out of Myola for access to Huskisson.
