My sophisticated design and luxury finishes compliment the casual beach vibes. I am super comfortable and cosy in the cooler months with underfloor heating, gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit and equally as satisfying in the warmer months with my outdoor shower.

The Neighborhood:
'Shearwater' is perfectly positioned on the shores of stunning Jervis Bay.

I am quiet and private, located on a quiet street.

Watch dolphins at play in the bay and you may even get a glimpse of a whale or two as they pass through between May and November. There are numerous companies who offer boat tours and experiences with these majestic beauties. Don’t forget to pack your camera.

19 minutes to Nowra's central shopping precinct and a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and general supplies.
4 minutes to Callala Bay local shops that include supermarket, bakery, pizza takeaway, bottle-shop, chemist.
10 minutes to Huskisson township by ferry. (Husky Ferry Service)
40 minutes to Berry township.

Getting Around:
The Husky Ferry Service departs hourly from Myola to Huskisson.
Numerous shuttle and transfer services operate within the region.
The area is generally flat so exploring on foot or by pushbike is easy and enjoyable.
