With 1,800 square feet of living space, this home overlooks the 5th green of Crooked Oaks Golf Course with beach and pools 5 minutes away.

This first floor villa is nestled on a quiet cul de sac surrounded by live oaks draped with Spanish moss. Beach style decorating in soft greens, greys and blues, gives the chateau lovely touches that make it a special retreat for your vacation. You'll discover a wide open yet cozy home, all on one level. Hardwood floors, wainscoting, built-in bookshelves, and a 45” SmartTV with Xfinity OnDemand are just a few of the living room highlights (fireplace is decorative only). Step through the French doors onto the open porch for sunning, relaxing or grilling.

The open floor plan encourages interaction. Share stories from your day while dining around the table that seats 6 or more. The well-stocked kitchen has granite counters, bar seating for 2, and stainless appliances…all the comforts of home. Cooking is easy in this great kitchen. And there is a gas grill for your use as well!

This roomy villa has three bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, custom closet, fireplace and large wall mounted smart TV. Wake up in the master suite to a walk in shower and morning coffee on the attached screened porch overlooking the green. Down the hall is another spacious en suite bedroom with queen size bed, TV and attached bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a day bed with a trundle bed, desk, TV and custom closet.

Seabrook Island…the best kept secret!! You'll love its versatility, tranquility and incredible beauty. Every season has its appeal! There's something for everyone… families, golfers and couples… 2 Championship golf courses (also Kiawah Island next door), more than 3 miles of Atlantic Ocean beach, “The Club,” which includesa pool, restaurants, a tennis center and equestrian center (your amenity card will provide access). The nearby marina provides boat rentals & fishing charters. All of this vacation fun is located just 30 minutes from Charleston, filled with amazing restaurants, history and charm. And for dining or shopping nearby, you'll find the new Freshfields Village area or the Bohicket Marina only minutes away.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED-gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Everything I hoped it would be!

Felt like a vacation from the minute we walked thru the door. The place was clean and taken care of, but still homey and comfortable to relax in. Loved that the kitchen was stocked with spices and other small touches that made cooking a pleasure. The screened-in porch is what sold us on the place, and it didn't disappoint. Honestly, I was googling availability for future trips while staying here it was that good!

The condo was very clean and well appointed!

The condo has been recently updated and ALL areas of the home are beautiful. There is plenty is space foe hanging out with your family and friends. Bedrooms and Bathrooms have plenty of space and storage. Screened in porch is lovely. We will definitely rent this condo again!!

Good property overall, kitchen and amenities made for great cooking experience with new gas grille outside. Light switch system a little confusing as some switches around a corner from a room, etc. AC worked great, showers, washer/dryer great as well. Some fixtures need attention as well as french door sticking to patio. Would ask landscapers to sweep/blow patio. Lots of cobwebs, debris on patio made it unusable for sitting. I swept porch off a few times to clear debris and spiders, etc. Would stay again.

Exceeded Expectations

This property was one of the best we have rented at Seabrook. The management company provided excellent communication through the booking and pre-arrival check-in process. The property was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It's a great location. We rented bikes and it's an easy ride for adults and kids to North Beach and to the Beach Club. This place was even more impressive than the pictures and we would definitely recommend it.

The condo was beautiful. The master bedroom was very spacious and master shower luxurious. The condo had everything we needed for our visit. My 10 yr granddaughter had her own room with a trundle bed, son and wife with their infant had plenty of room in the bedroom with the queen bed for the pack and play. I would highly recommend this condo for families with children of multiple ages as it worked out great for us and would stay here again.

Great week in the Chateau by the Green

Had a wonderful week on Seabrook in the Chateau by the Green just the two of us. Beautiful island and great beaches (we liked Pelican beach for it's quieter waters and general peaceful ambience.) Saw lots of dolfins but didn''t get to see the strand feeding, next time maybe. Apartment was very clean, well equipped including a gas grill which is a key item for us! Enjoyed biking, lazing on the beach and the general relaxation of a week away! Hopefully will return before too long!

It had everything!

What a beautiful place to stay, we were highly impressed with everything that was in the house. We travel often and this is the first time I’ve seen a crockpot in a kitchen; I usually bring one along to make meals easier but they’ve thought of all the little things here. Beds were incredibly comfortable, our 4 year old did not want to leave. We used the indoor pool (extra fee) but it was worth it to wear the kids out who slept great. The decor was warm and welcoming and the master bathroom shower was huge with all the extra shower heads! The management company was the best we’ve encountered, very thorough in providing information. We enjoyed our stay and love Seabrook.

Spacious, super clean (essential during the pandemic), well stocked (kitchen, rooms, basic supplies), good location, quiet & well-maintained neighborhood. It feels just like home! Suggestion: 1. Would be great if a couple of USB ports could be installed throughout the house. 2. Wonder if WIFI speed could go faster; was extremely slow (basically unusable) during our stay.

Exceeded expectations but I will tell you the following: there is a moisture issue with your vent fans in the bathrooms. Also some loose tiles under the hall bathroom rug. The outdoor spaces (back deck and porch) could be cleaner —the rug on the deck is wet and green.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

This home was beautiful. The pictures are spot on. The location was simply stunning. Seabrook Island, while a bit of a drive from Charleston, was the perfect spot to unwind. While we never ate in the home (I don't want to cook on vacation!) it had everything you needed to make the perfect meal - even some staples like salt & pepper, sugar, spices... items not normally seen in rental homes. If I could have taken the couch home with me, I would have. It was so incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Now for the management company - Coastal Getaways of South Carolina were by far, the best company I have dealt with. Quick to respond to questions. Simply a pleasure to deal with. The daily free activities were also a bonus. While we only took the dolphin boat cruise, it was fun and relaxing.

Perfect long weekend spot for family of 6

It's always nice to arrive to a rental property and be pleasantly surprised. This place certainly feels like an owner-shared property. Kitchen is rather stocked for easy cooking. We had our two daughters (1 and 3) and my parents and it was a perfect size. They even had a pack-n-play, so all we did was bring a mattress and sheets - super easy. Furniture and decor is very well done and cozy. This did not feel like a typical rental property - it felt more like a 2nd home, complete with the owner's family pics on the walls and shelves. Don't be shy of the location... while it's still a drive to the Beach Club or Lakehouse, it's such a short drive to both with plenty of parking. And it's close to Freshfields Market which is nice. I know several folks talked about trimming the hedges, but I didn't see that as a problem... stand up and see golfers putting on the nearby green, sit down and you get your privacy while reading a book. Inclusion of the Amenity Card was golden... we went to the kids' pool area every day and everyone was friendly and shared the space respectfully. Food and vibe at Pelican Nest was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Great layout, but needs some care

The layout and the location of the Villa was excellent. Most everything one would need was there. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Getting ready to go, you will receive multiple emails from multiple sources for check in, amenities card and pass for the cars. I had to follow up on the car passes as the email was supposed to be sent on Tuesday, but never came until I called on Wednesday. Seabrook Island is overall wonderful. The property is older, has had renovations, but still needs some maintenance and care. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling well when we arrived, called the maintenance company only to be told that “they won’t come out for 24 hours. Call back tomorrow.” Not the response I was expecting. My husband worked on it and we set the temp down to the coldest it would go and placed ice bottles in it. By the the 4th day, the temperature in the fridge was finally cool. Just be aware, that you need to protect your food. It was a great vacation, but I am not sure I would use Coastal Getaways again and would probably not stay in this unit either. I will be back, but will look for something better maintained.

Great space with solid amenities

The property overall was a great place to hunker down and chill for two weeks. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and spacious so we could spread out and enjoy ourselves even when we were at home. We have small kids so the division between living and sleeping quarters are important and even though it was all on one floor you could easily divide off the living room from the bedrooms which was great. We've been to Seabrook before and depending on how you structure the day we found the location perfect. You have to go off island for breakfast or coffee out and so it's an easy 9 minute drive to Freshfields (vs. 20 if you're down by the beach club) and an easy drive or good healthy walk to the beach club but the Lake House is also a close walk. There are only two complaints. First, challenges with unexpected maintenance we needed to help manage or mitigate. But once we got connected with the property management company they were quick to help resolve so we could go back to our vacation. Second, the master bed was uncomfortable for two to sleep in. While a king and plenty of space any time my husband or I moved the bed was so loud and bouncy we woke the other up. We separated for a few nights to save each other. I did just want to end on the professionalism and strong communication with the property management group CGoSC. They were so responsive with any question or issue we had, and it was clear they really cared about making sure the guests were cared for. For instance, when we arrived everything was perfect but one thing and they had maintenance there to fix it in less than 5 minutes.
