Black Bear Crossing 35B is a 5 bedroom/4.5 bath, two level home located in

West Virginia's Snowshoe Mountain Resort, directly across from the steps to

the new Black Bear Trail and Powder Ridge Trail. Guests staying in this ski

in/ski out accommodation will enjoy granite counter tops, stainless steel

appliances, 5 flat screen TVs, surround sound, a gas burning fireplace, an

upscale kitchen, full size washer/dryer. There is amazing custom ceramic tile

throughout the home including in the foyer, kitchen, and all of the bathrooms

and showers. One shower features dual shower heads.



Minimum age to rent this unit is 30 years.
