My family of 7 adults & two children (ages 3 & 5) stayed for a week. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. The layout was perfect for a big group with two large living spaces & TV’s in every room allowing people an opportunity for time alone. The house was very well equiped we particularly appreciated the attention to detail for children. Everything was provided including a stroller, high chair, beach toys, books & games & more. The pool & spa were fantastic & we would definitely stay in this property again.

Interesting place, definitely needs a bit of a modern reno! The second level is nice and big and caters well for large groups! The pool needs to be updated, which i believe it is! Bottom level like the pool needs a but of updating! Overall great place for kids, and we enjoyed our stay, close to sunset beach shops and beach! Host was great and attenetive!

Wonderful Break

What a fantastic property for our family XMAS (10 of us) and the different spaces which are available across the property. Great pool and outdoor spaces and close to the beach and shops. Fantastic break.

Cubby House stay

Easily accommodated all 10 of our family including 2 young grandchildren. Pool and spa were very popular as was the Sunshine Beach coffee shops, beach and surf club.

Cubby house

Great location! Walk to the shops and Sunshine beach. The house was perfect for our group. Two families with children ranging from 13yrs to a 2.5 yr old. Kerrianne was a pleasure to deal with.

Cubby House Adventure

We were three families, and loved that adults could enjoy having the space of a King Room each, and that the children could all share the bedrooms & TV room downstairs. Lots of activities for the kids, with the pool, basketball ring, cubby house, ping pong table, and various other toys and games inside. Kerriann was wonderful to deal with, and very accommodating of our arrival and departure times. Highly recommend this place.

The booking process and management was all great. Great location. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. In my opinion the house needs a bit of maintenance to bring it up to a standard that fits the price. There are missing tiles on the pool edge, boards lifting on the decks, pieces of the fence that have fallen off and issues with the pool gates not closing properly sometimes which is an issue with kids around. We had a significant amount of rain and master bedroom leaked in 4 different places. I think until this property gets an upgrade I’d not return.
