Quiet 2 bedroom 2 bath 5 beds Townhouse 6-8 guests

Very quiet 2 story cozy condo. Two bedrooms on upstairs. One bedroom with one king size bed, the other bedroom with one queen size bed and a floor mattress (beware will be extremely crowded if floor mattress is used), one full bathroom on second floor and one bathroom on first floor. There are a queen size sofa bed and a twin size sofa bed in the living room on first floor. 6 guests are very comfortable, but 8 guests are still ok but very congested.
7 mins to Canmore and 2 mins to Banff national park entrance.

The space is as shown on the listing. Location was great, really convenient to access anything in the area. Hank is a lovely host and was very quick to respond when I had any questions, and made a point of proactively reaching out after my first night to make sure my stay was going well.

Able to entertain 6 16 year old boys on a three day hiking trip. Only thing I could say is a few more towels would have been nice. Everything else was great

Great location to get to Banff and lakes. Comfortable beds. Supermarket a very short drive and stocked kitchen to be able to cook. Easy parking on site.

Consider yourself warned!! Completely inaccurate description. Did not look at all like photos, says there are 5 beds and there are not. Kept referring to a “floor mattress” but there wasn’t one- unless you count a pack and play. Horrible odor in the unit, no control for split unit so it was inoperable. Host was less than helpful and just stated that the single chair pulled out to a bed (which by the way- if it did, you could not safely get around the downstairs at all with sofa and chair turned into beds.) We could not stay and were left scrambling for other accommodations at 10:30 at night. Very frustrating as it was so far from the listing description. (Btw I have stayed in tons of vrbos and have never once left a bad review. This was just THAT bad and I feel like others should know).

Location is perfect for going to Banff or any of the ski hills, highly recommended for that. The property was clean with plenty of dishes and linens.The only problem I had was with the listing. It showed a king bed, and a queen bed with a separate twin bed. The separate twin bed wasn't there but was replaced with a couple of floor mattresses that had some stains. The pictures in the ad did not reflect this change.We worked around this issue but specifically chose this place because elf the sleeping arrangements.Other than that issue, this place was a nice stay
