Great cabin, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed to spend 3 days. Host responded immediately when I reached out and was helpful. Location was really good for our recreation. Grounds were well kept and private, quiet location. Would stay there again.

The place is clean, which is the main thing for me and my wife. We say deer every day.

We did not stay at this property. We pulled up and their was trash all over the front area of the house. There were notes posted to be careful about the cats that are around and do not let them in the house. I am allergic to cats. Furthermore, all of the outside seating for the 'fire pits' were old and rusted without any cushions. Additionally, there were cobwebs going up the back steps leading to the back porch. Upon entering the home, it was nicely vacuumed and clean, but the entire house smelled like buttered popcorn and there was no AC unit for the living area. There were window units in the bedrooms. When I contacted the property manager about the trash, they said no one could get there until after 6 pm to clean it up. Fortunately we were able to find another place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the initial impressions and the odor that led to your decision not to stay. We pride ourselves on maintaining a beautiful property and took immediate action, cleaning up the trash from the front area within an hour of being notified. While our listing details the window A/C units provided in the bedrooms, they're newer models designed to effectively cool down the entire home when running. Please note that we strictly enforce a no-pets policy inside and around the home, and the outdoor seating surrounding the fire pit is temporarily restricted due to a county-wide burn ban. Following an inspection two days after your departure, no unusual odor was detected in the home. We appreciate your insights as we work hard to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all future guests.
