The top floor end unit offers amazing canal and bay views! Enjoy year-round sunsets and summertime fireworks at nearby Northside Park - all from the balcony! Located within walking distance to the beach, pools, bus stop, groceries, shopping, and dining. From Memorial Day through September, take a dip in the community outdoor family, lap, and kiddie pools.

BEACH GEAR: Everything you need for the beach is provided, including 2 beach umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, a beach buggy cart, and sand toys.

58 acre Northside Park is close by - it features a children's playground, large outdoor exercise equipment, a sports field, and a paved path for running. The park also has a crabbing/fishing pier on Assawoman Bay. During the summer, enjoy Sundaes in the Park with live music, food, and fireworks.
