Welcome to Harbor Club A5, a comfortable and stylish bayside condo offering peaceful canal views, a generous outdoor balcony, and convenient access to everything Ocean City has to offer. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed for guests who want a relaxed coastal stay in a quieter setting while still being just a short drive from the beach, dining, and local attractions.



Inside, you’ll find a bright open-concept living and dining area with sliding doors that lead out to the expansive furnished balcony. Start your day with coffee overlooking the water, enjoy outdoor meals, or wind down in the evening with the canal as your backdrop.



The kitchen features full-size appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need for preparing meals at home. A convenient half bathroom adds extra flexibility for families and groups.



Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and comfortable décor. The primary bedroom stands out with its spacious layout and large en-suite bathroom, complete with a modern tiled shower and ample vanity space. The second full bathroom is easily accessible from the guest bedroom and common areas.



Guests also have access to the outdoor pool, available seasonally, providing another great option for relaxing in the sun.



All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed will be made before you arrive.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

✹ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

✹ Early check-in may be available between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM for an additional priority cleaning fee. Please inquire in advance.

✹ Late check-out is not available.



What is the minimum age to rent?

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that coastal environments may bring shifting weather, nearby events, or the occasional encounter with local wildlife such as seagulls or insects. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural environment.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance issue or a maintenance concern — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.
