Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to 12 guests, the home features 5 bedrooms and 7 beds across two spacious levels. The first floor includes a bunk room with two twin-over-full beds and a guest room with two double beds. Upstairs, the ocean-facing master suite offers a king bed and private balcony, while another king suite overlooks Castle Ott. A queen bedroom completes the layout, each space with soft linens, ample storage, and natural light.

Indoor spaces
Spread across 3,600 square feet, the interior provides space to unwind. The first-floor game room includes a 75" HDTV with Roku, foosball table, Denon sound system, color-changing LED lighting, and a full-size refrigerator. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating for year-round comfort.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Prepare meals with ease and gather at the dining table, or step outside to enjoy poolside dining by the propane grill.

Outdoor living
Take in beach, ocean, and pool views from the wraparound balcony or lounge beside the private pool. Pool heating is available upon advance request for an additional $40 per day. Beach essentials are provided for carefree days by the water, and the property includes free parking for up to four vehicles.

Amenities
Guests have access to essentials including towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
