A 10 minute walk or two minute drive will land you in the heart of Paihia. Another five minutes of driving will take you to the unmissable Waitangi Treaty Grounds and a world class golf course. When you’re ready, you can amble back to Swallows Nest to pour a wine and marvel at the sunset over the bay.

Please be aware that the pool is not currently available for guest use. Although the pool has a full perimeter fence, the pool can be accessed through doors from the house. Access to the pool should be restricted by closing the doors unless a responsible adult is supervising swimmers. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
