The single-storey home consists of 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a beautiful modern equipped kitchen, dining and living area with fantastic views from the garden.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. There's also room to park your boat on the grass at the front. Everything is within walking distance, including the Continental Hotel, Sorrento Hotel, loads of cafes and shops and the Sorrento front beach. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
