Both apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Outside the apartments, there is a spacious area with fruit trees and ornamental plants, as well as 2 outdoor bathrooms (men’s and women’s), a laundry room, a swimming pool (4 m x 6 m) with a gourmet food preparation area, the garage comfortably accommodates 5 cars (indoor space), and there is also parking available outside the property.
