The building offers indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, seasonal gift shop (open only in summer), saunas in both restrooms on the second floor, and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 2 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

Your reservation includes a $50 parking fee. The Quay building charges $10 per day or $50 per week. If your stay is 4 nights or less, the overage fee will be refunded prior to check-in.

Great first time stay in Ocean City

The property was exactly as advertised and photos are very accurate. The condo is on the 15th floor of the Quey (pronounced "key") property in the 100 block of Ocean City. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable with a full supply of bedding, pillows and blankets. Beds were quite comfortable all around. The kitchen was even stocked with a wide variety of utensils, tools, and pots and pans. More so than any other property we have ever stayed at. The building was well maintained and we rarely had to wait long for an elevator. (tip: Saturday is a big turnover day so that's the only day catching an elevator could be an issue). Beach was just steps away while the boardwalk area was maybe 10-15 minutes away depending on lights and traffic. We highly recommend.

First Trip to Ocean City

We truly enjoyed our trip to Ocean City and this property was great. It was clean, had comfortable beds, roomy, nice balcony with great views, was stocked with everything that we needed, had full size appliances, and was located within driving distance of so many places. There is a small washer and dryer to keep up on laundry. We have stayed at several properties In several locations and this was just how it was pictured.The Quay is located on the beach and since this property is on one of the higher floors we left our beach chairs and umbrella in the car to prevent having to carry them up and down the elevator. Thanks for allowing our family to share your space!!
