Wake up in Ocean City, MD in one of the most stunning units in the Quay building! This completely remodeled beach home is all completely brand new with an upgraded stylish and modern fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy during your stay. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views as well as a great view down Coastal Highway at night. The building offers indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, seasonal gift shop (open only in summer), saunas in both restrooms on the second floor, and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 2 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

Your reservation includes a $50 parking fee. The Quay building charges $10 per day or $50 per week. If your stay is 4 nights or less, the overage fee will be refunded prior to check-in.

Great condo and location

I made in just in time to check in 1 minute before 5pm. They stayed open and they even called me to make sure I would still be coming. The condos door lock was tricky because you had pull the key out slightly to unlock the door. The condo had a beautiful updated kitchen with very limited and old pots and pans and utencils. The master shower had mold and orange build up. The second bathrooms tub was older and no longer had enamel on the tub The beds were advertised as Queens but they were fulls. They were covered in a plastic sheet which made me sweat at night and the matress i slept on knocked my back out. The other bed was a pull out foldable bed and very uncomfortable. The condo was spacious and you could see the town from the balcony. You could also see the ocean. It was beautiful.
