Overall the property was very clean and nicely decorated. There was an issue cooling the common spaces (living room and kitchen). The only air conditioner properly working in the unit was in the master bedroom. It had to be kept on 61 and fans placed in the hall to help cool the rest of the space. We about froze during the night! We managed though!

The property was very nice. We loved the new living room furniture, it was very comfortable! The screened porch was very enjoyable. We also appreciated having the Keurig. It would be nice to have exhaust fans in the bathrooms.

We’ve stayed at Palmwood for 20+years. Love the property. First time in this particular condo. It was nice, didn’t like the noisy dehumidifier placed on the counter. Ceiling fans would have definitely been nice.

Nice oceanfront condo with beautiful views of ocean from windows and balcony. Could watch the sunrise from the living room and it was amazing. Condo met all of our needs, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, very convenient location. The ocean is steps away from the condo, the pool was open and kept clean. There was ample parking. Only suggestion is that exhaust fans be added to bathrooms and maybe central air for the hot summer days. Overall we loved our stay and will return!!

We’ve stayed at Palmwood for 20+years. Love the property. First time in this particular condo. It was nice, didn’t like the noisy dehumidifier placed on the counter. Ceiling fans would have definitely been nice.
