This property is tucked away in a nice quiet street, with plenty of off street parking. Private and spacious, with a backyard big enough for the whole family.

Open plan dinning and lounge with ranch sliders opening up to the patio and deck. Try out the wood fired pizza oven with a bottle of Hawke's Bay wine on the patio.

A short drive into town to enjoy the local food and wine, or stay home with the local dairy, bakery and fish and chip shop just a 5min walk. Close proximity to local cycling trails and a bus stop at the end of the street.

There is a fire place and heat pump so you can stay cool or cozy, with black-out blinds in the bedroom for added comfort. Includes use of linen, towels, tea/coffee/milk, washing machine, pizza oven, trampoline and swing.

The property suited our needs. Overpriced for what it delivered. I feel the event (concert) decided the price. It was comfortable and close to town
