Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous! If you're looking for a large space to have a family vacation or reunion, this is it. This beautiful waterfront home is located on a tidal creek and boasts over 3,000 sq ft of living space. All amenities - central air, all kitchen appliances & washer/dryer, and so much more! The formal dining room is great for large gatherings. Beautiful back deck area with private pool for your enjoyment. Island Estate is a PET FRIENDLY home. Please Note: Pool is open Memorial Day weekend through end of season/last renter (weather permitting).

- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

The house is huge and nicely spread out, perfect for our large group. We loved being right on the water with its own little dock. We launched our canoe from there for a peaceful paddle, and the kids had a blast using the crab cage and net the host thoughtfully provided.My bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I recommend this house!

Tucked Away

Loved the feeling of being tucked away - but close to everything! Also, really enjoyed the wildlife (geese, heron, ibis, ducks, galore!) and all the cozy places to sit and watch them. The pool was ready, and looked so inviting, but the temps were beautifully cool during our visit. One super small thing would make the visit (even more) perfect: coffee filters, plastic wrap / aluminum foil, and spare trash bags on hand. PS We were unable to get the 3-pronged ceiling fan in the living room to work, but it may have been operator error! 😁

Annual Chincoteaque Get Together

Our family has been coming to Chincoteaque for over 40 years.Three small children have grown to include spouses and grandchildren so find a large enough rental has become a challenge. This house worked really well and had everything we needed.The photos and descriptions could be a little clearer. The twin room with the futon appears to be two separate rooms and one realtor thought the two sets of stairs led to two unconnected areas of the house.

No extra paper towels and toilet paper. No dish towels to dry dishs. No broom and no vacuum learner

Hi Daryl, thank you for your feedback. We do start our homes with "starter" supplies and request guests to provide everything after. Island Estate now has a broom and vacuum as well! We hope you and your family enjoyed your stay!
