3.5 stars Great location with beautiful view
The property is in a good location. Close to most areas including the beach but not directly in the more crowded commercial areas. The apartment is in an older building but for the most part was fairly clean other than the floors. The floors were pretty dirty but nothing a good sweep and mop job couldn’t fix. We did notice a roach crawling by the couch when we entered the property that was definitely a turn off but I guess to be expected in an older building. During our 4 night stay I noticed about 3-4 the entire trip. One was in the master bedroom area which definitely turned my stomach but didn’t see this one until the morning we were checking out. When you get off the elevator there is a terrible smell in the hallway but doesn’t resonate into the apartment. We could never get the Wi-Fi to work properly in the apartment the entire trip. The host was good about responding with suggestions but we never had any success after resetting the modem multiple times. Wasn’t a big deal for us because we rarely were in the apartment other than to sleep after long fun-filled days! The apartment was equipped with most items you would need in the kitchen and had plenty of towels to use throughout along with a pair of nice chairs for the beach. My family and I enjoyed the island very much and definitely will return but maybe just hope for a little more cleaner experience. I would rent with Capital JetSet again because they did make the entire process pretty easy from beginning to end!
