Offering a Sunny Breezy vacation home with private pool! Sleeps 12! Minutes off of Route 6. (1.9 miles) to Brewster Beach. Only five miles to Nauset Beach in Orleans.
4 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, Fifth bedroom with own entry on the lowest level. Great for large families or 2 families! With the option to sleep 16 total with the additional beds in the Lower Level Walkout! Pets considered.

Come enjoy this spacious two-story vacation home with plenty of parking. The home has cathedral ceilings, a large comfortable kitchen and dining area, solid flooring throughout, an upstairs open living room as well as first floor living room. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, all with queen sized beds. Both main floor bedrooms have separate private entry to the pool area. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed. All beds throughout the home are brand new for the 2023 rental season and every room has a brand-new A/C unit and fans. All rooms are equipped with a flat screen television of various sizes. Additional outdoor shower for your convenience next to the pool.

Brewster Attractions:

Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.
Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site)
Play a round at Captains Golf Course!

The stay was wonderful The only downside was the basement beds they had flees and were unusable. My grandchildren had bug bites after the first two nights. Maybe previous guests had animals We need to sleep on the couches and an air mattress. This was a room we expected to be able to use and booked because of this space. I mentioned this when we checked out so treatment could happen before next guests moved in The rest of the house was lovely
