Great Location

Location can't be beat. The only closer ski-in-ski-out lodges are way more expensive. Can literally put gear on, walk out the front door, and cross the street to where the parking shuttle drops off. Lots of parking (3 spots) and comfortable bunk beds. Fireplace area is a big brick-lined corner perfect for drying off our ski gear. More barebones than other cabins, but with the awesome location and ample parking and sleeping it's worth it. If your group is okay with no washer/dryer or dishwasher, then it's a great weekend spot.

3 - Good

Bed sheets were stained , oven was on and the oven door was open when I walked , could had been dangerous it a child had walk in before me, Bear mountain was close for snow boarding that was the reason I rented the house, no place to play outside for kids.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location in Moonridge is close to the zoo and during the winter time, great because it's directly across the street from Bear Mtn. Ski lodge. We visited in summer so that benefit wasn't there. I agree with other reviews that this cabin is “barebones” regarding amenities. It does have the necessary items, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and one Smart TV that you can log into. Overall the cleanliness could be a bit better(lots of cob webs, dead ants on window sills, stained comforters) and furniture could use an upgrade, but for the price, it met our needs for our 3 night stay. Bonus from Cool Cabins that our 3rd night was free. Cool Cabins customer service was pleasant and communication for check in/out was good!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Location great, cleanses great. The mattress in master room needs replacing. When my spouse moved woke me up and visa versa. Tooo soft . If it wasn’t for the board under the master, I kept hitting myself with the mattress had no support. The mattresses in the other rooms were unconformable as well. Everything else was great, checking in,, access, parking, cleanses agent friendless.
